Took multiple photos at different exposures(+2,0,-2) and merged them together in CS5.
Set the aperture to f22 to capture light from far off objects, a low shutter speed of 3.2 secs and ISO set to 200. No tripod used.
Location : At The Top, Burj Khalifa, Dubai.
