My daughter and I had gone for a drive up the canyon specifically to take winter mountain shots. We timed it just right to get this and several other great shots that day.Editing
The only post-processing was cropping the shot.In my camera bag

Since I am strictly an amateur photographer and so far have only used auto shot cameras, the only advice is to always look for a shot no matter where or when.
