Behind The Lens

Location

The photo was taken from one of Napoles (Italy) hills, with a nice view of the Vesuvio

Time

I don't really remember the time of the day took the pictures, but I for sure remember that was in the afternoon, during an entire day of getting lost (on proposed) in the beautiful streets and hills of Napoles

Lighting

I think the light was perfect the way it was, and the clouds around Vesuvio were just a perfect fit. The only thing I did was tell the camera I want the pic exactly as I was seeing it

Equipment

I use my Nikon D3300, with an 18-55mm lens and no tripod.

Inspiration

The only thing inspiring me during this whole trip through Europe it's to show my family and friends what I am seeing and doing while I'm here. In every place and city, I visit I try to find something like this beautiful landscape, just something to tell them and to remind myself how lucky I am.The

Editing

I only fix the light exposure a little bit and the balance of white, I think nothing else, I'm not a big fan of post-processing my picture, I feel like lying when I do it too much.

In my camera bag

I just have my Nikon D3300, and my Nikon lenses 18-55mm and 55-200mm. I would love to have more but I'm just starting so I still have to figure out what do I want from photography

Feedback

I think I am in no position to give any advice. In this picture, I just tried to get as much as possible of Napoles on the scene, use the right white balance and a very small focal ratio (f/22), the rest was just being lucky for being there at the right time in the right day
