Accessible only by boat--in this case self-powered kayak-- Moku Nui is located 3-4 mile from Lanikai Beach and is perhaps one of the most photographed islets in Hawaii. This image taken from Moku Nui looks across a small tide pool back towards Lanikai Beach and greater Kailua. Moku Nui, and the smaller Moku Iki, is part of the Hawaii State Seabird Sanctuary.
