Oliver, good portrait. With the difference in skin tones, would recommend placing the darker tone closer to the flash and camera to help even out the tones. Here the left lady seems only slightly overexposed compared to the other.

Thanks for your feedback and advice. This photo was taken back in 1993 during an event. No studio equipment, no flash.
