Had the pleasure of spending time with these lads, they are fluent in English, but have never been away from the monastery, Rizong ( 3410m )(Vuma Changchubling) is about 70 km from Leh, Ladahk. It is remote and Isolated in an uninhabited Valley. The British never knew about it during the occupation. Founded by Lama TsultimNima in 1830.
