Location
This photo was taken in my home studio using a black backdrop.Time
As I recall, this photo was taken mid-afternoon. My studio had some natural light coming from a side window.Lighting
My lighting was nothing fancy. I used a main and a fill, both of which were strobes.Equipment
My camera was a Nikon D90 using an 18 to 200mm Tameron lens. Tripod mounted with a remote trigger to fire camera and strobes.Inspiration
My neighbor, a registered nurse, and rather attractive offered to pose for a portrait. Originally the photo was to be of a mother-daughter shot which we eventually got.Editing
I used Photo shop for crop and one other program to remove blems and to soften photo. In my camera bag
Two cameras, One NikonDSLR and one Samsung Mirrorless. I carry several lenses as well as filters and flash unit.Feedback
Be patient, ask the model is she/he has a favorite pose then use your imagination.
