Located at Moonlight Head along Great Ocean Road, Wreck Beach has the remains of two individual shipwrecks. This anchor is from the Marie Gabrielle (the other one being the Fiji). To get to the location requires a shot walk of about 1Km, but then there is 370 odd steps down to the beach.... The other factor is the tides - the tide needs to be low to get access the remains seen here.
