I've always had a healthy respect for spiders, (I stay as far from them as possible!). Recently, while in a drive-thru line, I had an "up close and personal" meeting with this spider. While I waited, I looked left and there he was outside of my window! After I did the sissy girl scream I began looking at him more closely. Of course the spider was beautiful in his own spiderly way, but I became mesmerized by the trail of footprints he had left behind himself. Until that moment, I had never wondered how a trail of 8 spider legs would look! I found it to be intricate and beautiful....and yes, I did actually have the thought that perhaps Mr. Spider had a few too many!
