Whilst testing out contextual imagery for my Higher Photography course I came up with this little image here. A little more "abstract"(?) than I'm used to, I took an old portrait image of my friend and whilst editing it, discovered that I liked how it look using a mix of the High Key lighting, and, black and white styles. To leave a bit of emptiness and mystery to the image I then chose to remove half of her face so as to portray only seeing "one side of her story".
