This is a very nice photo. I'd suggest removing the glowing balls from it, however. The photo doesn't need them and they detract from the model's face. She should be the focus of the photo and the glowing blobs are just distracting and detract from the overall aesthetic of the image.

Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photo of Izzy at the Ruislip Lido in West London. It has a lot of woodland attached to it and we found a wonderful secluded spot away from the trails so we weren't disturbed.

Time

We took these early afternoon so the light was bright and soft.

Lighting

Clouds are the perfect diffuser.

Equipment

I used a canon 5d m2.

Inspiration

I wanted to do a spooky style photoshoot as it was close to Halloween.

Editing

Yes, to add the sparkles around her - the eyes are coloured contact lenses!

In my camera bag

I always have my canon body, 70-200mm canon lens and 50mm sigma art lens.

Feedback

The lighting is key.
