This picture was taken at one of my favorite places to photograph. It is a small lake a few minutes from my home in rural Pennsylvania.Time
This picture was taken on a beautiful fall morning. I had the day off from work and wanted to go somewhere so I decided to go for a drive with my camera. The lake was the perfect peaceful place to spend some time.Lighting
The only lighting used to take this picture was the sun.Equipment
I used a Nikon D3000 and its 18mm-55mm lens.Inspiration
The lake is always a great place to take pictures. It's also a great place for finding some peace and quiet. A walk around the lake takes your mind off of every day life for just a little while.Editing

I carry my camera body, a 75-300mm zoom lens, 18-55mm lens and extra batteries.Feedback
My advice would be that when you have the gut instinct to go out and shoot, do it. You never know what is waiting for you. Mornings can be great for lake shots, evenings as well.
