This photo was taken in the studio in Atlanta during a workshop being held for photographers which I was setting lighting for stations.Time
Being in studio time of day becomes insignificant as all lighting was provided by strobes.Lighting
The idea behind setting the lighting was to provide ample light on the subject but also to be soft with the correct aperture help fade the background.Equipment
Camera was Nikon D810, pocketwizards AB 1600 with 72 inch umbrella and diffuser .Inspiration
Inspiration comes in many forms, with the swimsuit the model was wearing wanted it to pop off her skin tone and come alive from the background.Editing
Processing the image was done in photoshop combining cello on multilayers and adding an additional textured background to blend with the black background. The same cello is used in the image.In my camera bag
