I think I recognize this 'portal' - from images I have seen on other sites and of course the Internet Sites for Old Quebec City. I have been a bit disappointed with the sites on the Internet, they show this 'portal' which of course is lovely, and the big Hotel, but not too much else. It is the old buildings like the ones in your previous shots that fascinate me and give me a better view of the architecture. This wall is famous I'm quite sure - one of the few walled cities in North America. Thanks so much for sharing Dale!!
