Bournemouth on the south coast of England is a popular holiday resort. The pier is an old, wooden structure housing a restaurant, theatre and amusements. About 150 metres long it stretches into the sea and is often battered by waves during storms. This was a quiet day at sea and a good opportunity to capture this image below the pier.
