Morning in Hong Kong starts early for most, the clockwork chaos can be tedious and overwhelming. It can not be triumphed without breakfast though, in most cases its the affordable noodle soup and milk pudding at the nearby famous Australian Milk Company. The line extends pass the block if you arrive seconds too late. As I peek through the window checkered with fully prepared soups, I see chefs rushing around and a lady in burgundy carefully assorting something. I couldn't make it out, but whatever it was she was doing, she was doing with great care as everyone else carelessly kept the business running. The "Exit" sign stood out as I felt a sense of calmness on the other side of the door. The great escape into a more peaceful work environment. This must be what a fly sees all day here.
