A trip to north Wales proved to be very interesting, I learnt about slate mining and the importance of narrow gauge railways cutting through the ridges and mountain ranges. I also got to visit the magnificent castle of Caernarfon, standing proud over the harbour. I was unable to fit it all into one shot (and I did not think it would do it enough justice) so I created one of my first ever panoramas.
