This is the "Earl Of Pembroke" tall ship. She is rigged as a three-masted barque & also visited the Gt. Yarmouth Maritime Festival this last weekend. Apparently this ship was used in the filming of "Cutthroat Island", remember that? The only film where the acting was even more wooden than this ship is!
