This was taken outside the Chanel shop in Covent Garden, London. I imagine that she is saying something like "If you loved me, you'd take me in there and buy me something nice", and he replies "Well, I DO love you, it's just that, this month, well I can't quite afford it". Of course they could be talking about anything, they may not even be a couple, but my mind always creates stories around pictures like this!
