I'm an avid car follower. I visited an iconic New Zealand car wreckers yard aptly named "Smash Palace". It was amazing to see the piled up 1940 to 1960's old American chrome bumpers which looked just as well polished as the day they were first assembled to a gleaming car. The bodies they were attached to couldn't be as well preserved, sadly. I spent 4 hours there & still didn't get to see the whole site. I will be returning in a couple of months to find more treasures, as well as photo's.
