As I looked upon the littered bodies, I remembered back to the days growing up & the highlight of the weekends when the car would slip from the garage, to a destination unknown.
Looking at these relic's, I wondered how many memories had been shared when they were in their prime.
Milkshakes, ice creams, the laughter, sunlight filtering through the back window as the big world passed by, while wondering where the next unintended stop was going to be.
These slowly rusting chariots, a collection of childhood memories that made me wish I was young again. To feel the warm air flowing over my waving out stretched hand through the open back window, but we never asked, are we there yet!!!
