While photographing at Almond Marsh in NW, IL, I noticed the beauty and simplicity of the remnants of the Summer-Fall. While most would pass these "dead" plants without a second glance, I was drawn to them because of their detail. Even though their blooming season had come and gone, nature still provided us with a new sense of beauty.
