Alaska, where the Bald Eagles are abundant. This was my very first day of a recent Alaska trip, in Juneau. I rented a car and drove past all of the tourists that had poured from the two cruise ships docked in the harbor. I drove until I found a spot where nature took over and found dozens of Eagles. It was nearly impossible to drag myself away. This Eagle landed on a rock not that far away. I inched up as close as it would allow to capture this image that over-flowed my frame. July 10, 2016
