The photo was taken outside my workplace, I walk by this wall every day.Time
I brought my camera to work one day. I went out for a coffe break around 10 A.M. and I was actually taking some test photos around the building, preparing for a work-related shooting I had planned for that day.Lighting
What caught my atention was the natural light that was reflected from the building onto the wall, making it seem tike there are some hidden "light windows" on it.Equipment
This was shot with a Canon 750D, using a 18-55mm lens, no other accesories.Inspiration
I look at this wall every day and I just love how colourfull and diverse it is. I usually like simetry and uniformity and patterns. But the "mess" on this wall blows my mind, because it makes me think about the diversity of races (represented by colours) in the modern world. There is a bit of every kind in every corner and it works perfectly.Editing
I am a self-taught photographer and unfortunatly I don't have a lot of time to invest in research and testing the camera. Most of my photos are taken on auto mode so I usually have to do some post-processing, like white ballance correction, contrast, shadows.. I try not to process too much, the goal is to make sure the colours are as close to reality as possible or sometimes highlight something. In my camera bag
I have a Canon 750D, a 18-55 mm lense and a 75-300 mm lense (all Canon) in my usual bag. I don't normally carry the trypod with me unless I know for sure I'm gonna use it. I like to travel light and take unplanned shots when I see something that inspires me.Feedback
Be aware of the lighting, depending on the landscape and time of day you cand have all tipes of shadows reflected on the wall that you don't want to capture. Also, pay attention to angles since there are a lot of straight lines involved. There are some things you can't correct in post-processing. Other than tat, it is a pretty easy picture to take.
