I started the morning looking for warblers when it began raining. Not anticipating rain I didn't have my rain cover for the camera so I ducked into the woods to wait it out. While in the dark cover of the trees I came upon this pretty Swainson's Thrush which was nice enough to perch on this wonderful branch. I followed the bird from perch to perch and got some great variety. I never got photos of the warblers I wanted but thanks to the change of plans due to rain I got this beautiful bird instead. Taken at Palmyra Cove Nature Park.
