Location
This photo was taken at Bolderwood deer sanctuary in the New Forest, Hampshire.Time
It was early evening around 18.30.Lighting
I just played around with angles using the natural light to get the shot.Equipment
I used a canon eos 1100d with a 250m lense. Rather than using a tripod i rested on the fence so i cld change the angle easier to play with the light.Inspiration
I love nature and animals. They dont pose for pics, its always a natural response and movement when taking pics of animals.Editing
I added a small amount of contrast and saturation just to make the deer stand forward a little more.In my camera bag
Just my camera and 2 lenses.Feedback
Play around with angles and capturing the light so you know what works for you. A good chunk of patiences also helps as i had to wait over an hour for the deer to stand up.
