Behind The Lens

Location

In my yard, we have a creek that runs through. I'm always catching things and taking some shots.

Time

Mid afternoon

Lighting

With snakes and most insects I'll use the flash on my camera during daytime to eliminate the glare.

Equipment

Actually this was taken with a cell phone and then touched up with lightroom.

Inspiration

I love snakes and any opportunity that comes along I take it.

Editing

Just changed some of the lighting in lightroom.

In my camera bag

I have a macro lenses, 2:1 ratio and a 1:1 ratio. I also have several lights and dampener.

Feedback

Just take tons of shots and put the snake where you have some kind of control.
