This shot was taken just outside my home, it was raining so much and I wanted to experiment some strobe macro photographyTime
It was afternoon, I was looking outside the window when I realized I could have taken advantage from that moment!Lighting
I wanted this photo to look pretty dramatic and kinda sad, ike the subject was a teardrop between thousands of raindrops, so I've put a strobe just beside the area where the drop would've been, lEquipment
I used a Canon 500d with a Tamron 70-300, not really a good lens but the result is what it mattersInspiration
I was looking for some dramatic content, hope I achieved it.Editing
I didn't do much processing, the main thing was changing a little bit the tones to give it a much dramatic moodIn my camera bag
My favorite lens is the 85mm 1.8 Canon cause I mainly do portraits, I love to take them. By the way I also use Canon 24-70 F4L, and sometimes a Sigma 12-24 II, mainly for architecture shots.Feedback
You could take shots like this right at home, but the experience of shooting in the middle of a rainstorm it's so much exciting!
