It's time to dinner in the Café des Matrus. (Saint-Etienne, France) It's an associative café where we can eat, drink, play, learn, make, meet people, ... All generations come here. Today, it's an african reception with meal and music. I cooked with another girls and the chef, an african chicken with rice and a melkert (african cake), It's very good. We enjoyed to learn to cook in a professionnal kitchen and to know what we do, will be serve in the restaurant! And the relaxation, we listened an african music group.
