I took this photo one evening, at home. I am a self-taught photographer, who is interested in taking photos from all angles/distances.Time
This was taken one night at around 9 or 10pm (?)Lighting
I just clicked this using my Sony point and shoot camera, using the "night mode" settingEquipment
Sony 16 MP camera, and a steady hand!Inspiration
As mentioned before, I love taking random shots of items/things that I think look cool. Whenever there is a full moon outside, I get excited - because of it's brightness, and with the fact that we don't get to see a full moon everyday. Usually, when there is a full moon in Auckland, it is either raining or is even overcast. However, on this occasion, the weather was clear - which made the moon a bit brighter than usual, and I thought it looked nice. I just happen to notice the clouds moving through the moon, which made it look nicer.Editing
No post-processing needed. In my camera bag
In my camera bag? As I'm just at the amateur stages, I'd obviously I would have my camera. I usually carry around a spare set of batteries also. And my usb connector - in case I need to quickly upload. For everyday purposes (ie work, etc), I usually just carry around my phone (8MP camera), or even my smaller Sony point and shoot camera (5MP)Feedback
Just keep you eyes open on what's out there - as our world/nature has so much to offer. The key is being patient and waiting for the perfect shot (even if it means taking a series of shots, with or without your camera's flash..even try using the different mode settings that your camera offers)
