Photograph taken whilst walking along the disused canal at the windings on the Wendover arm of the Grand Union Canal, Buck's. The Heron was waiting for quiet before it tucked itself away to sleep. I have been pacing the old tow path early each morning trying to bag a King fisher but havnt seen or heard a thing....
