Dreaming in the Mesa
The Black Mesa is one spectacular place filled with amazing landscapes, tons of wildlife and great people! The reason I went to the Mesa was to view the dark skies! Just outside of Kenton, Oklahoma you find some of the darkest skies and you really don't need a headlamp to see when the stars are above! Seeing the dark horse with the naked eye was something I will never forget and I will always dream for the next trip to the Mesa. Thank you for viewing and feel free to share.
Foreground: Sony a7s - Rokinon 24mm t1.5 @ f-2 - ISO 3200 - 137 seconds
Sky: Sony a7s - Rokinon 24mm t.15 @f-2 - ISO 6400 - 20 seconds
