The photo was taken on Lago di Breis in the South Tyrol in Italy, in Dolomites Mountains. Here are the coordinates to find it much more easy 46°41?41?N 12°5?4?E. The place is extremely beautiful with nice forest around the place and as well a beautiful hotelTime
I love that place, and I would be happy to have the chance to return there. It would be great to spend couple of day and so you will have the chance to have better natural light conditions. I shoot this picture at the noon when the sun was up to the top of mountains.Lighting

No, there are not post processing with exception of trying to save a little bit the sky, but in the rest I've let it almost like I shoot it.In my camera bag

I think that Dolomites Mountains are the heaven for any photographer (beginner or advanced). Just visit them and be prepared for great photos with beautiful lakes, forests, and rocks. Not in the end there are a lot of small villages where the Austrian and Italian traditions are combining extraordinary.
