Gloomy weather, receding tides and subtle waves. When you thought that it was going to be a meh sunset then suddenly the sky blows up like crazy! Oh how I love New Zealand. I had to mix and match some wave pattern to give my foreground a bit of a kick and motion. We had the whole beach to ourselves, isn’t that great?
These huge spherical-amazeballs are called Moeraki Boulders. Located at Koekohe Beach, between the towns of Moeraki and Hampden. A 3.5 hours drive South of Christchurch. Definitely a must visit place when in the South Island of New Zealand.
