We live in Brevard County, Florida, home of the Space Center. We have had the thrill of watching the Space Shuttle Program from our backyard and now we can thank SpaceX for bringing the excitement back to the area. This photo is July 18, 2016's launch of CRS-9 Dragon Falcon 9 which is on its way to the International Space Station. SpaceX had their second victory of landing their first stage back onto land with the welcomed twin sonic booms from its re-entry. My photo shows the launch of the Falcon 9 and then the re-entry and landing of the first stage.
