This was taken on an early morning walk in a wetlands area near where I live.Time
This was early morning as the raccoons were returning to their den to sleep for the day.Lighting
The lighting was natural light on a cloudy day.Equipment
I was using a nikon d7000 with a nikon 55mm to 300mm zoom lens.Inspiration
I enjoy taking wildlife photos and this was an excellent opportunity as the animals were posing it seemed.Editing
I used lightroom to do some minor lighting adjustments. In my camera bag
Normally when shooting wildlife I have just my camera and a telephoto lens.Feedback
Best times for wildlife is early morning or late evening. Its best not to carry too much equipment as you have to be able to take shots quickly as animals do not pose for you often and most good shot opportunities are only there for a moment.
