This is a color photograph of the pink house near Plum Island, MA. I used to drive by this house every day on my way to and from work and was always curious as to the history of the house. Here is a link to the back story of the Pink House: http:--www.nytimes.com-2015-12-13-fashion-plum-islands-pink-house-inspires-a-real-estate-fantasy.html I guess it should be called the "spite house" as it was built as the result of a divorce gone very wrong.
