Sunrise over Little Sarasota Bay from a small beach below the Stickney Point Bridge.

Being on the west coast of Florida was a challenge to find compelling sunrise locations. This small beach on the bay side is one that I passed several times a day traveling over the Stickney Point Bridge and though it could provide for a more intimate scene. There wasn't much cloud cover for interest in the sky, but the warm glow of the sun reflecting off the water created the mood I was going for. I underexposed a bit to emphasize the mood and take attention away from the distant shoreline.
