One thing is certain in Iceland…..the weather changes every day, and sometimes every hour. These are conditions that we as photographers have to adapt to. This was one of those days. A big storm front was coming in and we had a very limited time to shoot before it started pouring rain and snow. We ran out of the hotel and shot this church that was close by. Not ideal lighting but the black church lent itself well to these conditions. Late one night, I shot the northern lights sitting in the middle of the church’s graveyard, and with my overactive imagination, it was a creepy experience.
