Behind The Lens

Location

The photo was taken behind our house in a fence. when I saw this wasp I immediately took my camera and took some snaps.

Time

If I could remember it was around 9am with harsh lighting.

Lighting

The lighting on that day was harsh, but the light was directed behind the wasp so it wasn't that bad.

Equipment

The equipment I used is my canon 70D and sigma 70-300 f4-5.6 macro lens. I took this shot in macro, I just love the result.

Inspiration

I love watching National Geographic Channel, I think it's where I got it from.

Editing

Yes of course, I think everyone is guilty of doing it, since it's the digital age. the actual photo needs a little tweak with the shadows, highlights even contrast and curve to bring to what it is now.

In my camera bag

Just my Canon camera, 17-50 2.8 tamron, 70-300 sigma, and 50mm 1.8 canon. just that. :)

I'm a just a starter to give an advice but just be patient, set your exposure right and wait for the right timing. :)
