i do not know the name of this dog, i do not know if he even has a name. i also have no idea what is happening with him, if he is still alive. while traveling over Greece we also visited the capiatl city of Crete where, under the arcades of a magnificent building, we saw cages with puppies on peed newspaper. in these cages you could see toys to make tourist think they cared about dogs. the old boss feeded poor withered dogs with small pieces of bread. puppies where jumping in cages in hope to get closer to people, to charm someone enough to take him to, to become 'his human'. in deep eyes of these dogs you could see the enourmous wish to find warm human heart, you could see the reflection of loyalty and longing for love. their honest gazes were calling after me whein i was leaving: "please, take me with you. i have no one. i am alone in this big world. i promise i will b good, i will not eat your shoes or furniture, i will never poop inside, i will watch over you, i will guard you, i would sacrafaise my life for you. i will show you my gratitude on every step you will make. heeeey, stop, where are you going, why are you leaving me, take me to your home, why don't you like me? am i too big or too small, am i the wrong color? please come back, tke me with you! save me, i don't know what will happen to me tomorrow. don't leave me here alone, abandoned..."
