This was a candid portrait of my granddaughter when she was 6 months old. It was taken in my home, under natural window light.Time
It was a bright Autumn morning; at around 10 AMLighting
I love natural window light but of course I have less control of it. I was lucky it was a bright day and I had a comfortable seat for her by the window, and she actually stayed put!Equipment

As she was growing Claire’s eyes were becoming of an intense blue and with such an expression. I was trying to freeze the moment when she was communicating mostly with her regard.Editing
