The picture was taken late afternoon, when we setup the grill preparing for some barbecue dinner.Lighting
When the short ribs started sizzling on the grill, the color was just beautiful. I tried different angels and settings trying to capture that sizzling feeling on teh beef.Equipment

When taking food pictures without studio setting, the light is very important to bring out the nature of the dish. Try different angles to find the best position, where the light is bright but not too strong making the food color blend.
