Wild and Womderful West Virginia has many wonderful natural attractions but some aren't so easy to get to. This "ladder", near Cranberry Bog, led down and down and down into a steep and barriers one, eventually reveal three shortage waterfalls along the same creek. After descending and then transcending through 1,000 feet of elevation and over three miles of total hiking, I began to wonder if this was how Orpheus felt as he descended steeply into Hell to retrieve his beloved Eurydice!
