WHAT A DRAGONFLY MADE ME SEE: The dragonfly spends most of its life as a “nymph” in water… molting. But after its metamorphosis, it is instantly airborne and can fly with great agility. “People don’t molt,” is what one definition stated. Maybe people do not molt like insects or reptiles via scientific terminology, but we still have to shed our fears, inhibitions, doubts and the like to reach higher states of elevation. Sometimes we do this on our own; and sometimes it takes an extension of good will from one to give another just enough hope for he or she to believe that regardless of their current state, no matter the amount of time spent in a state of depression, degradation, or cesspool of pathic emotions internally or externally imposed, he or she can still fly.
