This photo is from my trip to Dolomotes in autumn 2014. It was last sunrise, after this show was gone we left Dolomites and arrived home ...Time
We got up in the morning as usual 4.15 in order to be in place in time, dawning of the day was around 7.25 . But it was very very cloudy. This amazing theatre was taked at 8,53 . I have wanted to leave, I already had everything packed, because it seemed hopeless. But the friend with whom I shot, stood and waited. When I saw where he take a look, I understood. Once again, I unpacked everything and waited for this moment ...Lighting
This lighting is a dream of every photographer in the mountains, I think so. This light is the work of nature, I just stood there and took picturesEquipment
I use ( like usually ) my CANON EOS 6D with lens 17-40 f/4 , with GITZO tripodInspiration
I was inspirated with the light, with the nature and with the stress that I missed and also capture all the beauty around me. It gave me energy for many months. It was a surreal morning, since I have never seen the mountains.Editing
Because it is very difficult scene dynamic range, I used the exposure of these 5 photos and I merged together. I struck gently brightness, contrast, shadows and lightIn my camera bag
I use my camera CANON EOS 6D, now I own CANON 16-35 f/4 and CANON 100-400 f4-5,6 II. Sometimes I take 24-70 f2,8 II. And 3-4 SD Card, 2 of bateries.Feedback
Such conditions in the mountains, it's just luck. capture something like that is often more integrated and much failure, until something like that succeed. But I love the moments to stay overthere and waiting, what hapens....
