The photo has been taken in Stuttgart, a big city in the south of Germany.Time
It was around 15:00 in Summer.Lighting
It was a very sunny Summer day. Therefore we looked for a place which offered shade. We found a house which was amazing with a glass front and a ceiling which offered protection against the sun . There we took the Photo.Equipment

The great light and the glass front which offered the possibility to work with reflections.Editing
Only conversion of the raw Image into b&w nothing more. I usually do not any spot processing except the conversion into black and white. I focus on the natural beauty of my subjects und try to show that beauty without any "manipulation".In my camera bag
I minimized my equipment to only two cameras (one digital and one analog) and a set of three lenses. For digital shots I use my Sony A7 and for analog stuff I use a Leica M6. On both cameras I use the same two lenses a 50mm prime lens from Leica and a 35mm prime lens from Voigtländer. For the Sony I have a 70-200mm Tamron zoom lens additionally.Feedback
Keep your eyes open when you walk through a city with a person you like to photograph. There are so much possibilities to take stunning pictures when you are focused on the world around you. For example when you see a place with glas it can be used to create reflections like in my picture. In the city there are enough places which offer some protection against direct sunlight and present you an unbelivable great light for portraits. And very important is the connection between your subject and you.
