Shortly after a rain shower and the sun was setting just as the sky was clearing.Equipment

We were traveling home after a baseball game and saw the sun setting. It was a spur of the moment decision to stop the car and jump out and take it. After, I realized I had just been on someone else property without permission, so as an apology, I went back and gave the farm owner a print on the sunset. Since then I've been invited back to shoot photos anytime.Editing

Patience. There are times where I can get the perfect photo the first time and other take 4-10 trips till it looks right to me. Every sunset is different.
