This is the famous 'ribbon road' in East Sikkim in India. It has 17 bends and when viewed from the top, looks like a ribbon. However due to high altitude, it is often covered under clouds and one does not get to see the entire ribbon most of the times. However, it looks most beautiful when part of it is covered by snow, like in this image
