So let me TRY to guess how you accomplished the look
I assume a large water tray made from light blue translucent acrylic. Large enough that the only thing in your frame is water. The speckled effect is from bubbles that formed on the plastic surface under teh water

The Yellow is defying me. every thing i think of for the yellow effect should have resulted in a green effect.... I hate to ask.. but was the yellow photoshop? Is ANY of my guess work correct?
I do have to say i have seen a LOT of splash work but yours sir.. is by FAR the BEST!!! nice work. I have SOME success... check them out, they are NOT anywhere near as good as yours!
